House Rules

- Please check the home to ensure all game pieces are returned to their appropriate container. - Should you use the grill, please clean the grill with the scraper after use so it is ready for the next guest. This isn't included in the cleaning fee. - Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 7:00am. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No smoking inside the home. Smoking inside (including the upper patio) will result in a $200 fine. - No parties or events unless previously approved by the host in writing. At no time should there be more than 25 people in the home. - Late check-out is not an option due to a contract with the cleaning agency. Early check-in may be an option. Please call the resort the day of to see if the space is ready. - Unfortunately the resort may impose extra fees: * $50 if the Grill is not cleaned & ready for the next guests use * $100 for each parking or excessive noise offense * $200 if the Police are called to the home. If Police come to the home a second time, a second $200 fee will be charged and you will need to leave the premises with no refund for your stay.

Stonebridge Resort is located just 10 minutes from the Branson strip and 1 mile from Silver Dollar City. The gated communities 3200 acres intertwines with the popular & beautiful LedgeStone Championship Golf Course. The resort is home to 3 outdoor swimming pools, 3 playgrounds, tennis courts, walking trails, catch & release lake, basketball court, sand volleyball court and on-site restaurant. As a guest, you are welcome to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer. There is a fee to golf, of course. Simply sign up for a tee-time at the pro-shop in the Club House. The Ledgestone Grille, located at the clubhouse, has a good selection for breakfast, lunch & dinner at approachable prices. Both indoor & patio dining available. Head over on Wednesday evening (5-9pm) for Karaoke - you might be treated with some local entertainers coming over on their night off! Fine Dining is offered on Friday nights. There are 3 marinas within 10 miles of Stonebridge Resort: Indian Point, Port of Kimberling & State Park Marina.

The place is big, clean, with lots to do inside. Everything you need with a responsive host. Only “downside” that really wasn’t bad is we only had 11 towels with 20 of us staying, not a big deal at all as we had a washer and dryer with detergent available. 100% would stay again without question. We did not have propane bottled that were filled at the location and the owners had a new bottled filled the same day! Superb service.
